Might I be so bold as to ask where the actual sun was in the photo? I know you say midday, but how direct of sunlight were you getting and what was the azimuth and inclination? We'll assume the direction the camera is facing is the 0 degree mark for simplicity's sake. |

Background exposure looks great. Question: Doesn't look like you defused the flashes, has a little harshness to it. Would a small soft box or umbrella help? I think I've seen it both ways.

Really nice Leo-- It looks natural but has added impact. Do you recall the flash to subject distance and/or the power on the two speedlights? |
