Cutesy idea - but it may work for a small rural newspaper. Exposure is good - but I don't think the composition is - you need to be rid of the half car.

I'm assuming this is a joke but either way it is good picture that tells a story with the headline helping out. May have tried to not get the car in the shot but I guess that wasn't possible.

Car is very distracting. Also it may need a little sharpening and the text on the bathroom looks a bit out of focus
