Regarding what is wrong, we are so used to seeing those frogs and other creatures from you that this seems a bit tame by comparison.

I don't see anything wrong with your image. Your average was 5.69 and you placed 57 out of 121 - you're above the mid point on both counts! :-)

Your set up is good and the ligthing you choose I think is good also. The title fits the image well. I can feel that the woman of the house has just stepped in from outside and has lain her hat and freshly cut flowers in this chair while she fetches a vase. I think you've done an excellent job.

If this photo were mine there are only two things I would change.
1. Maybe a different type of chair. This one (imo) seems a little too formal to be "just inside the back door"
2. I would have choosen sepia. Just cause I'm a sucker for it.
