Editing steps -

1) Perspective correction to straighten towers.
2) Add dodge and burn layers, 2 of each, masked off to seperate the sky and land.
3) Burn the sky right down.
4) Dodging and burning on the towers to bring them out, and enhance the colours.
5) Multiply layer to darken
6) Desat sky a little.
7) Resize to 720.
8) USM sharpen
9) Blurring on sky to remove noise
10) Blurring around edges of image to enhance the dreamy fantasy look.
11) Final slight histogram adjustment to improve overall levels.
12) Add border.
