Hmm, not sure is we'd actually see this one in a newspaper, but I guess it meets all the requirements. I would like a teensy bit more focus, right now it looks almost like you tool the Blur tool to it.

Nice shot. Gives it a sense of motion. Although it would've been a much better effect if the background wasn't in motion also.
