I find this very beautiful! I love the color or the background. Many people might find the leaf distracting (not that you could do anything about it), but I find it adds interest to it. The snow in the front looks a little strange, I assume from the processing, but again, I like it, it gives it more of a painting feel. -9- (I voted earlier)
I'm awarding a bluebird early (usually do it after the challenges) Here's a bluebird for a wonderful shot.

| the picture is nice; but I can just barely tell that there is ice in the background so it's not that cold |
