Lovely shades of green, and that was my thought before I saw Michelle's comment below. It almost looks like an alien pod ready to engulf me.

Jepp, that's green. Tricky colour it is, too. I think this could be greener, but you've stayed true to the colour the plant is.

definitely meets your challenge a little soft! i might have cropped of the brown and just had the green

perhaps a bit faster shutter speed would have made the image sharper it looks just a little soft
