Coming from New York as I do, the first thing I notice is how uncluttered everything is. Where is all the traffic and people and how is it so clean?

Reminds me of an artist's rendering of a planned building. Except they'd probably draw the trash can without trash in it ;-)

This looks like one of those artists renderings that you see when a new business park is being developed! I'm guessing the effect came from topaz.

The scene alone doesn't do much for me. Needs some activity or life, I think. Also, I don't care for the Topaz/HDR. But that's just me perhaps.
