Light is wonderful, as is detail on the main bird. He looks ... kind of befuddled by all the bokeh, like he's trying to figure out what it is, or if he should be eating it ;-p Really fun scene, like out of a fantasy realm.

Nits: think I'd give him just a smidge more headroom in the crop if I could, and I'd cut out the bird who appears to be coming in to the scene on the left. Composition feels better to me that way.

Good work on the compo. I like the bokeh on the droplets. I'm afraid you may be punished by voters for the blown-out background. But, I really like every part of the image.
