There is too much visible noise in the background and for some reason even the sharpest area looks a bit blurry. I like the tones though.

A little noisy and soft but I don't really mind; the eye has lovely light and detail and he's looking right at me.

Good composition, but the grain detracts for me.....6

Very grainy, and I'm not feeling a real connection between grain and your subject matter. Nice looking little day gecko you've got though.

Nice capture and composition but the focus seems a little off.

i really like the subtle lighting here - it adds more mystery to the shot

Too grainy but I do like the DOF.

The noise bothers me...but this photo does not seem to have the sharpness to do much more of a noise filter. Did you try a USM at the end to help that?

Even lizards have to have a name! The colors here are very good and I like the softness of this shot.

I like the processing on this, very painterly, as well as, the tension created by the vertical composition.

Very noisy picture and not sure if the vertical take on this lizard works entirely for me. Maybe some more light on the eye as well would help lift this shot...thats where the focus is for me

Nice capture, good angle but too dark (underexposed) and grainy.

seems to be a lot of noise/grain here.

I'm assuming this was shot in low light as I can see the noise created. Great eye. I might have run it through Neat Image to smooth it out a bit but that's just my taste.

Unfortunately the grain and poor lighting kinda ruins this one.

Shame about the extremely high image noise, at least one hot pixel, and muted colours. Otherwise intriguing and nicely framed shot.
