 If I have one signature style it would be BW. Another would be portraits. The third would be images of children at school. This would then be a typical photo from me, huh? Well, it is maybe not the close-up shots of kids I often do.. but anyway. The photo taken at one of Reykjavik´s oldest primary school: Austurbæjarskóli. Boys having fun during recess.

Cropped in Lightrooms, used Creative BW High Contrast, decreased the brightness a little, added black and some vignetting, before exporting to PS where I used levels, curves, resized, sharpened, framed and saved for the web.

Very good.Your black and white contrast plush and just superb. I think however that you should have used a photo of that beautiful little girl you have in many of your photos, the one that makes me want to cry every time I look at her - that's how wonderful and amazing she photographs. She is your star and it's OK to have her in EVERY photograph. She melts us.

Love the moment and freshness of the front boy's face as he goes his own way - the way I imagine posthumous as a boy. For some reason. Maybe to do with your style. Concentrated but unforced impact.

The shadows are just awesome! I also love the contrast between the lone kid and the kids in the BG. All in all, a great depiction of childhood! 9

I love this photo and it's one of my favourites from the challenge. I just love that I can look at it for ages and there's always something new that pops out at me. Composition and contrast are perfect.

Bugs me that I can't pick the "signature style" though. Might be back to add my guess later.
