 There were actually two pairs of shoes in the tree, but I couldn't get them close enough together in a shot. This has been thoroughly edited - Topaz REMask to keep the sky even, Topaz Adjust - Mid Details to enhance the shoes & branches, etc.

You forgot the shoehorns. The edges seem a bit unnaturally sharp. The result of some selective editing perhaps? I find that going over them with a light softening brush makes those edges more realistic looking.

There seems to be a strange border all around the shoes and the branches. As if the image has been cut out and pasted on another background. Strange.
