GREETINGS FROM THE CRITIQUE CLUB
You created some nice soft, yet warm tones in this image.
On composition, my suggestion would be to either include more of the pedestal on which your statue sits, or none of it. There is a distracting white line at the bottom edge, so in this instance, you might consider cropping at the kneeling line.
Overall, finding a little more area for sharper focus would give this image a little 'pop'. Also, to give the statue more modeling you might think about adjusting the lighting on it with a reflector or the like, if the Sun isn't cooperating.
Keep on trying and yes, it gets easier as you learn the process of post-processing. |
