 Yep, that's how they all dress and behave in New York, tee hee :) She was actually doing some kind of Breast Cancer awareness thing. Me and ButterflySiswere hanging out with Pawdrix, who lives in Manhattan. He took us to where we got some very fun street photos.

This is a brilliant capture Sandy, I love the way she looks so out of place.
Good use of overlay as well to get some interest in the sky

nice candid shot (even if she did pose) also like the old man perving in the back ground! Nice conversion and a good choice of the boarder. The pram coming into the shot in the back ground is a little bit distracting.

Hey, I saw an article on that woman on the internet somewhere -- she is actually from Texas.

Definitely a fun photo. Nice combination of her with the wild outfit and pose along with the sedate and conservatively dressed couple in the BG. Nice!

This is priceless! What character on this woman! She definitely got the attention of the curious young fella in the background! Great capture. I am surprised you didn't use this for the challenge. I am sure it would have done quite well.
