 Well...what can I say. I abstract pattern shots. Should do well, eh? Snicker.

Bev picked me up after a voice lesson and we had one of our habitual driving spats....'you're not driving, don't tell me what to do' etc....so we never got to shot a well lit dereclict area of architecture for the Urban Dcay challenge...we just went on our way to Jersey and BJ's and what not. But along the way, this caught my eye and I shot it through the window of the car. Not sure if we were moving much at all when I shot. I think we were stopped at 5th and Market. Happy New Year! Thanks Bev!

Post: Camera raw adjustments. Some cloning of dust and distractions in the windows. Distortion tool and Correct Camera Distortion. Levels and what not...adjust sharpness. Rotate 90° right. Resize. USM.

The warm lighting really adds impact to the pattern. Nice.

Fun perspective here. Creative use of the structure, and the colours are nice. However for me it just does not wow me. Perhaps there are several possibility of use. But for me, just doesn't.

Great pattern, warm colors. It would be more interesting if there was a great sky in the reflections, such as a sunrise or sunset.

Love how the repeating abstract windows framed by the warm golden bricks make a zigzagged larger pattern of pure graphic design. The lighting on this is just perfect to emphasize the lines.
