| Very nice. Love the old setting, and the man sitting there under the yellow umbrella is great. Sky is a little blown out but oh well. I might have tried to get a little more contrast in the B&W (some areas don't seem to be black enough). |

| Goood work. There are strong leading lines in this shot which don't quite work with your choice of desaturation subject - rather against: they pull my eye toward that brighter area behind the guy at the table ... I wonder if that bloke himself might have made a stronger subject than the sunshade? The black and whie element is strong, and the colour is good also - I just have those small reservations. |

I don`t know if my original comment got through as after I made it, I selected this shot as a favourite and everything disappeared :)
Suffice to say that I like it very much as it brings back many pleasant memories |

| The color stands out nicely against the black and white, but the umbrella doesn't seem to be the main subject of the picture that you'd want to emphasize. The effect is incongruous rather than harmonious, IMHO. |

| I love this shot. The yellow a little too strong for me, so it stands out TOO much, but still a great shot. |
