| The very selective desaturation in this draws the eye directly to the pink apparently discarded brolley, then the curved path takes you farther to the children, one of whom has a colourful jacket while the tones of the father's slacks mimic the colours of the empty bench. The passerby way way in the distance has just a hint of pink pants too completing the circle. Lines are supreme in this - the trash can, the benches, the pathways, the bridge,the upright trees in the Park - all echoing and reinforcing the whole composition but it takes careful study to realise this. Superb & understated. |

| Not a fan of selective coloring. I'd crop in closer, there is too much going on in the background and makes it look snapshooty. |
