Less grainy, more in focus? no, no, perfect the way it is. The moment you captured her in is perfect. Wow, 95 - good for her!

I love the way this photograph is partitioned into story elements. It's like a snapshot accidentally coalescing into perfection. Posthumous Red Ribbon.

This will be one of my top picks for sure. Not sure if it was composed this way or a serendipitous (i.e. lucky) capture. In any case, it speaks volumes. Wonderful candid work.

This is a poignant moment taken at a time when busy celebration goes on all around us and very few pause to remember the ghosts of the past. The kinetic energy of the youngster on the right is in direct contrast with the quieter and much more studied and deliberate slower aura of the elder, yet there is a small overlap in the middle filled with stars, a generational sharing perhaps. The black and white choice is perfect for this as well. Superbly beautiful.
