Was that gate originally that blue colour or did you add the blue colour? That's a great location but I don;t think that selective desaturation works here. |

Nicely composed and a good example of how this technique can add interest to an otherwise ordinary subject. |

Very well done, and I think you identified a very good subject for de-sat. The blue is just a bit too saturated or bright for me. I would like to see the same picture with a slightly toned down blue gate and see what it looks like, and maybe a little sharper B & W contrast. |
