 Just missed the wild birds contest darn!

Taken out a window at 300mm after a few days of trying to find the bird in a good pose....

such a pretty bird...love cardinals and snow...they just seem to go together

A lovely capture, however the center framing is a distraction as well as the distance. I think a tighter crop and a following of the rule of 1/3's would really make this a stronger image. The colours and contrasts can be pushed up a touch but just enough to make it pop.
