Lovely portrait indeed - and it is the light that makes it, of course. I'll add that I'm with Timothy, though - where do the birds get the money for these portraits? :-) |

Beautiful capture. I am surprised that this did not finalize even higher. I really like the BW conversion. Nicely captured and processed brilliantly, IMO. |

this is verry nice but it looks like a heavy crop and the light is just a touch light on the head in my opinion 7 |

Lovely portrait. Pretty light and detail and a straight-on pose which looks quite classic. Like the B&W for this, too. |

Well, I think this nails the classic portrait look. In any case, I like the bright of the eye, and the feather texture. I would have liked a wider DOF and while I think the vignetting works here, I think it also removes the ability to objectively judge the setting. (wild or not).. Still, very nice.
