 found this little guy hanging in a tree outside our house today. He seems to have frozen to death, his small legs still perching the branch where he took his final breaths.

Great capture. Hummers in Utah in winter are quite rare. You might call a local birder and get them the bird. It could be a state winter record.

I'm ambivalent about this image. The detail, color, and light is very nice, but it looks like a dead bird hanging from a branch.
