The white in the background just behind the daisy blends in with the daisy too much. The focus is great and adds to the desaturation effect.

Sweet - one of the few pictures out of 230 that actually meets the challenge. Unusual crop that works well for this picture. Excellent job of separating the flower from the background - great workmanship there. Colors are wonderful. Rated 8.

I love the composition. I think having it in the lower right is very attractive. The flower, unfortunately, is overexposed. Also, there is something bright white behind the flower that is intruding on the white petals.

Something about this doesn't look right. It's either the color is off, or the selection needs to be feathered more. It looks like it's pasted on...
