 This is a small bush with some special red small fruits.
I crawled on my back under it to capture the nice spirall and the red fruits.
the sun came from abouve at 40 deg. not exactly mid day hr' but i hope its ok for the challenge.

adjusted curves,USM and added a little sturation.
wanted to use gausian blur on the backgroud, yet Im not sure its ok in basic editing.

I like your swirled centerd composition and out of focus background. Works well for this challenge.

A tighter crop would have appealed to me more. Lighting is not totally from the back, (it doesn't need to be) and subject is sharp. BG detracts my attention.
