Being a drafter myself, I love the pic. However, Autocad is so much easier than manual drafting...

Straight lines are notoriously hard to sharpen effectively. The result is the jaggies in this photo. If you had controlled that, perhaps with more restrained sharpening, and composed it abit differently (the ruler and slide rule are out of frame, and the position of the tools aren't too interesting, and the diagram is a bit too straight up and down), this might have been more successful. 5

This is an image that I enjoy, although that's probably because I like engineering drawings. It's well lit and you've chosen a sensible number of tools. The slide rule is a nice touch.

Good lighting and DOF control. Meets challenge but would prefer less clutter and a tighter crop?
