I really liked this, in spite of the tacky border. An image like this is bound to impact a segment of viewers negatively, regardless of the quality. I thought it was quite a decent street capture and the flag is in good focus. Since I took that to be the main subject, I had no issues with the slight motion blur of the flag-carrying skater and the more extreme blur of the onlookers. If I was going to take issue with anything it would be the cars in the background but those can be blurred out in PS. A fun shot that made this challenge a teeny less boring.

| The composition of this picture makes quite an impact. The bright colours of the flag contrast so well with the more subdued background elements. The motion blur has such an amazing impact on the picture in more ways than one. I love the slight blur on the end of the flag. It just adds that extra bit of life to it. |

| Can't say that I like the border. I like that it fits well with the photo, but it seems to distract from the photo, imho. I love the photo with the exception of the skates being cropped to closely. |

| A really awesome idea for this challenge! The only thing i really notice is that there seems to be a lot of noise and compression artifacts in teh photo which almost make it look like it's not quite in focus. It may have been when you resized. The colours are really good though - esp. in the flag- they really stand out. I also like the shallow DOF. - 8 |

| Some people may think the border is too tacky, but I like how it fits the flag. I don't like how the guy's roller blades are cut off at the bottom |
