Cloned out a bright purple spot in the sun glare
Lots of Gradient tool-age to brighten up the right side and then darken the left side.
Topaz Adjust... one of the presets, can't remember which one.
Sharpen tool
Hue/Saturation
Healed out a weird thing in the bottom right
Selective color to darken blacks
Masked out sun and boosted contrast of whole image
Topaz Denoise

Lightroom
Graduated filter from top, left, and bottom toning down the exposure to darken those areas

Feels like a scene in a SciFi movie. I like the radial lines and how they draw my towards the light.
