Hahaha!
Beautiful! Almost got the brown.
I wonder if anyone that didn't think this was linked to religion would change their vote after reading the description. But I guess it's my fault for submitting something that is not universally recognized as a religious icon.
Not to mention my house is surrounded by churches :).
I'm waiting for an opinion from the Club, but with this kind of score, i think it will easily be ignored.
Thank you AbeSapien2 for the nice words, they really complete my capture. |

It's a beautiful photo, great use of color and depth of field, but I'm not sure I understand how it's religion. |

I tried to look up the spiritual side of Eyebrow Architecture and couldn't find a connection so I am a little confused as to why this is in this challenge...as to the picture....excellent focus and exposure...but I am missing the connection with religion... |

The brown Eye breaks up the grey white shingle pattern and immediately draws one's own eye into the view to the centre. Studying this is a delight from the striped patterns on the aged wood to some of the raised nails and the sprinkling of the autumn leaves blown there by the unaware wind. The stain from the eye - could this be construed as weeping for what was - or perhaps is yet to come? |
