The level looks fine,not perfect but it's close enough. The light reflecting on the water gives the photo character. Nice sharp photo considering it was taken at night and it should have scored much higher than it did.

not leveled, you can see the ligh reflexes on the water are tilted. Lacks sharpness on the buildings too. Don't appeal to me. 5.

Image does not look level, right side looks lower than the left. Sadly I imagine you did not rotate it because it would cut off the tall building. I had to give a 6 instead of a 7 because of this.

Superbly crafted night shot, very sharp with the dazzling rainbow light reflections in the water. Excellent cityscape, I found myself studying the various buildings & signs more than the water but the urban colours make a balanced whole. This is a photograph where the eye can travel around it looking at textures & juxtapositions for a long while.

the best "naturally" produced rainbow of the bunch. If I saw one more CD i was gonna find a bridge. thanks for being original.
