There is so much to revel in here...the textures, the composition...light and color. On top of it all I find this equally appealing as an abstract...this is the sort of image that would look right turned in any direction...nicely seen.

Reflection is really beautiful! Think I might even crop out more of the trees and really showcase that.

glorious in the simplicity of the scene - the arches provide a much needed break to the colors and aids the transitions from yellow to orange to red

You have the dubious honour of being my 1000th comment, so I chose your shot as it reminds me a lot of my home in Scotland :)

I love the colours here, you have managed to capture some really nice strong reds and yellows. I also like the way that the ripples in the reflection actually makes it look a bit like fire, which has taken it away from being just another reflection shot and turned it into something far more interesting.

I'm actually undecided whether I like the water part or the land part more! I'm glad you chose not to go with the long exposure on the water like so many other shots do.

The lighting is also very nice, it has given the whole scene a warm feeling to it, while being subtle and not creating any harsh shadows.

On the down side, the composition feels a little closed. The hill on the far side of the water looks really interesting, I find my eye drawn to the top of the frame wishing I could see more. I would have liked wider on the water too, I think again because it's such an interesting part of the shot to look at, I find myself wanting to see more.

Overall, a great shot, and one that really appeals to me!
