 At least I think they're blackberry leaves. The actual blackberry bush - not related to any electronic device.

Really pretty colors as they changed. All dead and gone now, but pretty while they were there! Wandered out back with the trusty camera and the fickle and flighty 100mm (tough lens to work, that one) and tried to capture the color. Probably too shallow DOF but I like how it captured the little points of the leaves, the veins, and the hairs. And the color.

Going for a 5.4. Wish me luck!

You did a great job with your focus- the points, veins ,etc are awesome !!! yes that lens can start me pulling out the hair :)

I like the colors and the patterns you have achieved here. I applaud your use of narrow DOF, alhough in this instance, I think going a little wider and getting the edges of both leaves sharp may have been a more powerful image.

Cool macro with really interesting colours. I do find though that the really strong yellow on the left hand side is competing for attention with the focused part of the image.

Interesting perspective on the leaves. I like the sawtooth edges and the fine hairs that you have captured. Nice variety of hue and good use of DoF to make things interesting.
