 I will probably get hammered for this entry since it's not a traditional foliage shot. But it definitely meets the challenge, it's a tree reflected in a pond at the park.

Well I guess I was right. But I still love the shot, I like abstract colourful photos and that's what this is. I had a lot of outtakes and probably could have entered something that would have scored higher, but sometimes you just have to go with what you like vs. what the voters will like.

Every once in awhile it is good to NOT give voters what they want - this is one of those times. More people will see this in a challenge than in a side challenge or portfolio, and maybe one or two will stop, see something in an abstract that they hadn't seen before, and will think a bit more about abstracts the next time they see them.
