Lutchenko asked me about the setup, model, etc. I sure would like to tell something!

Ines is a model I'd never worked with before, but we were planning to for a long while. Finally, for another photo (which I can't show yet... ;-)) we made a date. We were fooling around a bit and theb I saw this outfit. We made braids in her hair and some pretty basic makeup.

The setup was also pretty basic as you might see: one softbox at the left side of the camera, one umbrella at the right side of the camera, and a white background.

PP is easy too: B/W conversion, some curves et voila!

Beautiful! Would have liked a less tight crop though. Her missing elbows/top of her head are distracting.

I made a comment on the other similar shot to this about how I didn't like the centre composition.
However in this case I think it works well, especially the way in which you have trimmed the head and elbows.
I also love the symmetry of the hair and elbows
I think the high key works very well indeed... i'd say this was a ribbon shot.
oh yeah love that camera by the way... HB :)

Nice central composition. Perhaps more shading on the upper bopy of the model to bring her shape to life. Re-adjusting the straps of her suspenders more central would have helped model the shape more
