I do like the wonderful blue colors and the composition, but it's a little oversharpened. It could have been a "Where's Waldo" entry, since I almost didn't see the person on the right.

I had looked through your photographs once before and was surprised not to see any pictures of "The Bridge". Glad to see you don't have anything against it. Well done on a very competitive challenge. Hope to see many more of your NYC images.

Something got seriously messed up here, resulting in a very blocky or oversharpened appearance. My guess is your resizing method was not the right one for retaining detail in this scene. If not for that major problem, I would be giving this a nice high vote. As it is, I feel I can only give it a 4, for a good effort that has a major issue.
