I actually didn't do much editing.

ACR - White Balance to Tungsten, Exposure, black, fill light, brightness, contrast, shadows all adjusted and saved as TIFF

Photoshop - Auto levels entire photo,Heal brush of freckless and aging lines, curves blended in luminosity mode on eyes, lighten iris and colored blue, selective color to add red/pink to lips (two layers), flatten, darken outline of eyes. Duplicate layer, channel mixer monochrome merge with top layer, blend mode softlight, flatten, smart sharpen, Curves layer blend in luminosity, resized, sharpen, save as jpeg.

I really like how her eyes engage me, I don't like the hand in the foreground...it takes away from her

That hand in the foreground is really a distraction, but I'm one of those weirdos that doesn't care for foreground blur. LOL
