 Easy to make. Make a sauce of crème fraîche, mayonnaise, lemon juice and some some salt and pepper. Add the crab (from a can). Put it on shrimp crackers ("kroepoek" as we call it). Decorate with some dill.

Only wished I didn't add the sauce to the crab before making the photo and be warned: you have to eat it very, very quickly before the crackers are soaked.
