So true. Good idea, though the illustration of it seems a little snapshotty, I'm not sure this could be done better in any other way. This is the real-world.

This is a unique idea and you did a wonderful job catching men at their "work". To my mind the thing that would improve this set would be the cleanness of the images. The top one is perfect, but the bottom two have more natural contrast and messy backgrounds which distract from the image....maybe a shallower depth of field would have helped those bottom two images.

High marks for message. Surely makes a statement... also made by one about 2000 years ago -

As for the photo, I don't think there should be any white space. You could have resized the photos to take up the entire space which would be more visually appealing.

I like the theme as such, but I think the pics are a bit crowded and contain many distracting details. Shallow dof might have helped here. I am not too fond of the framing either.
