 The owl is not really flying, but a falconer holds the owl above her head. The tight crop (and the title) trick the viewer into thinking it actually flies. The fairly strong wind enhances the illusion.

Great shots! Would be nice to see a little more variety in the shots for the triptych, though.

A great set of shots - I think I'd prefer a more pronounced difference between them (perhaps the angle or focal length)for a tryptich, but great focus!

I really like the sharpness and colors of your pictures, but i think that would be better if you mixed different framings of the owl, maybe putting one of the pictures on a less tight perspective.
