| Background is a bit distracting. I guess it's there for a reason, but I don't get it :( The blue light reflection on the nut is also misleading. Overall - nice color scheme, nice subject, very DMC - good luck :) Bumping up |

| An interesting choice. Placing it on the map really enhanced the photo even though the two aren't really tied together. Off topic, but that really looks like a piranha plant from Super Mario to me. 7 |

| Not all that interesting to me. disjointed composition might have worked better with a tighter crop on the main subject and without the empty shell to the right. The background confuses rather than helps the image. Just my honest opinion, sorry. 4 |
