 Serendipity revisited. I was taking pictures of the kids playing outside when I heard these chicks chirping in a bush next to me. I didn't even think of the challenge until afterwards.

The shallow DOF was intentional... and difficult considering I couldn't look through the viewfinder at this angle. I got lucky.

Very little editing. Cropped with a slight rotation and USM.

I think it would improve if you crop the lower and left part of the frame
