 This was shot for the HDR challenge, but I decided on a different entry for that challenge. This is the "Hauptbahnhof" (central station) in Berlin. The picture is somewhat special for me, since it is the last one that I will submit that was taken in Berlin. After having spent nine years in this wonderful city, I am now moving to (the rather tiny city of) Lübeck.

The pic was created using the exposure blend in Gimp from
three differently timed shots.

The perspective is great , B&W tones are great. The strong reflections in the water (especially the ones under the bridge) spoil it a little for me , 7

Works very well in B&W because of all the interesting details to see. Love all the lines here in all different parts of the image.

Light is nicely handled; like the smooth flowing shape of the bridge contrasted with the angles of the buildings.
