Not sure if you hit this with topaz or some other filter or just smothed it out, but it leaves her face looking bruised and highlighted some unflattering shadows. , but it was unneeded I think.

One of the better pregnancy shots. Peace sign - Is that a real tattoo? Her expression is beautiful as well!
Meets the challenge : 3/3
Execution : 1/2 [Crop is too tight. Shot is not sharp enough..you can see the motion blur on her lips and hands. It was a great idea to convert it to B&W but its lacking contrast that can really make a difference!]
Originality : 2/2

I think your title tries to do too much - keep it simple. "Peace" or something like that would have let the picture do more of the story telling.

Very nice capture, love the natural light. Her posture is a little off, she looks like she is not too happy getting her picture taken at this point ;)

I think the skin looks overly processed. I guess it was neat imaged to death. I don't like the look. I still gave high marks for composition and meeting the challenge creatively.

That really depends on the mom and the pregnancy. However I get your point. Because the following 18 years are not peaceful to say the least. Nice lighting in this shot. Do you know, is it a boy or a girl?
