From the comments it seems that most of the 9s in the picture were lost on the viewers. I should know after a very few challenges that simpler things are preferred here, but I had been influenced by the "where's waldo" puzzle aspect of things.
For those that don't get the (9) connection: 6 and 3 = 9 facing up on the dice, 5 and 4 = 9 facing the camera on the dice, 9 houses on the properties, 9 dollars shown on one side, and 900 shown on the other side. |

| this is a great idea...colors seem alittle bland though, maybe up the contrast? |

| A seemingly common subject for this challenge. It took some time of searching through the busy frame to find the actual subject of the challenge. While the idea works for the challenge, this one needs to be tighter on the subject. 4. |

| I think the houses needed to be grouped together on the corner properties. It took a bit to figure out the nine things I was suposed to be counting. |
