Hi Wendy,
I worked on this photo a month ago, and I'm at work now, so I'm not sure if i did shadows/highlights. I do remember that there was a large section cut off on the left of the histogram, so I am pretty sure that is most of the bird and there is not much detail to recover. The thing I really like about this photo is how the light caught his head and the light on his eye, and in particular his beak. This is a hard bird to expose for without blowing out the background. |
