This 1937 Cord Supercharged 812 Sportsman has a factory-installed four-pipe exhaust system instead of the usual two pipes per side. Only 6 examples were known to be built, and this is one of two known to still exist. This was shot after this year's Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival Parade as the cars are parked around the county courthouse and down several side streets in downtown Auburn, ACD headquarters before Auburn Cord Duesenberg went bankrupt in December 1937.
Editing: Color Balance, clone out yellow ropes & overhead power lines, Clarify, Curves, Levels, Sharpen, Add border, resize, clone out additional hot spots, sharpen, save for web.
"Waldo" is me - look in the bottom right of the shot, just to the left of the headlight cover. Technically, there are two people in the shot - the other is harder to make out - he is at the trailing edge of the fender, with his head directly beneath the last exhaust pipe.
