I know what you mean about "wind blowing and the li'l bugger moving"!!! the slightest of movements and your shot is now "blurred"...really like the colors and the bokeh background, excellent focus given the environment....

Can't be that rare, they are everywhere in South Florida... You just have to be stop moving and look for them.
They are no more than 1/4 inch to give you some perspective.

No desat on the bug. That's his/her actual color, if anything he's a little whiter than the photo portrays.

He could use some bounced light on his back. Tough to do when you're chasing a wriggly bug around in the wind, I know, heh.
