Good deep DOF, wish the shot had just a little more to make it pop though. Tweak your idea and you'll be shoting a winner next time. Good job...

The black bird makes a nice contrast, but is too close to the bottom of the frame. A lower point of view might have avoided this.

Great subject but there are some things I would fix. 1. Back two flamingoes are overexposed. 2. Use a fill flash to help bring out details of the foreground flamino. 2. Clone out the branch hanging down from the top of the frame.

The two in the back are overexposed, and the one in the front is underexposed. Interesting idea though.

This just missed being a really nice photo, in my opinion. Unfortunately, the middle flamingo is growing out of the foreground flamingo's head. The foreground flamingo isn't anchored in the frame too well and yonder flamingo is overly cropped. This was a case where just moving your position a couple of inches might have elminated all these problems. The middle and yonder flamingo are a bit overexposed. Nearly all the detail is lost on their backs.

The different lighting throughout the picture really makes this a challenge for proper exposure. With a little fill light on the front flamingo, you wouldn't have the burned out spots on the backs of the two birds further from the camera. That being said, it's nicely done compositionally and clearly fits the challenge.

Woah, the green water is kinda disturbing!

Appears to be overexposed and over saturated...
