 shot with a strobe to my right about 45 degrees.
this is my father, I have been trying to convince him to be photographed for three days until he said ok about an hour before the picture was taken.

I used a SB800 to light the left side of his face.

its the first time I participate in this time, though I have an account for almost two years.

Love this!! Tell your father "thank you" for being a good sport about it. It's a very good picture of him!

Very good composition using the bottom third to create this portrait. It has a Greek Statue feel. One thing is it seems to be over sharpened.

How do we know you are wise? Could just be normal wear and tear. Extra pointage just because I like Kilroy shots.
