| The focus and dof effect is well done, but the bright areas of the background are distracting to the eye. |

| In my opinion, this photo could be improved by a shallower depth of field. More blurring of the background might make the shot easier on the eyes and help the subject stand out more. Alternatively you could add some extra lighting on the main subject to focus attention on it. |
