 Shot with a silver reflector in the back, golden reflector to the right of the camera, with my 100mm macro lens. Light used was the halogen lighting of my living room, hence the long exposure at ISO 100.
Added some vibrance, tad of contrast. USM and tiny crop.

The bike is my daughter's, and she doesn't know I let the air out of her tyre yet...

Great idea for a shot! This is a total drama to a kid....the bike is like a car to us adults and a flat tire is just as tragic as when it happens to us on our vehicles. : ) Nicely done!

Drama should always have a large component of strong feelings, this conveys to me both disappointment and frustration fromthe perspective of a young child. Very good idea.
